10 or 20 minutes is all you need for these hardkore calorie blasters that sculpt washboard abs and the stabilising muscles that support them. Enjoy better posture, lowered back pain, all-body stability and easier movement in sport and daily activity.
This targeted class is a series of high-volume bicep, tricep and shoulder hypertrophy exercises, designed to tear as many fibres as possible in one session. Too much? We also offer less intense weight-bearing exercises in step-by-step short pump sessions.
