WHAT IS PILATES ALL ABOUT?
Inhale, hold, exhale. Pilates focuses on the mind as much as the body. Sure, toned, tight muscles are great - but so is the confidence and positive state each class leaves you with. Pilates benefits your “powerhouse” (core) whilst eliminating muscle imbalances between the right and left sides of the body.
Small, targeted movements train your muscles to draw your core inward so you’re constantly in alignment, helping you to regain functional strength and control for everyday activities, enjoy better sleep, get back to pre-pregnancy wellness faster and jump into each day with clarity and focus.

MAT
Modernising the traditional mat technique, these classes are all about stamina thanks to rigorous, calorie-burning functional movements that strengthen the arms, back, buns, quads and core, and double as low-impact, sustainable injury rehabilitation.

POWER
Packing a punch (and heaps of attitude), Power Pilates is a high-intensity workout that works your core, internal obliques, external obliques and glutes. All these muscles respond best to being pushed in a fast-twitch style, and boy do we push ‘em.

FUSION
Using a dynamic warm up to start, this fun fusion class goes on to combine signature Barre moves with powerful pilates exercises. Fusion is low-impact with an emphasis on multi-planar movements, while defining the abs and arms and lifting the glutes.
