WHAT IS MOVEMENT ALL ABOUT?
Movement is about exploring a variety of gentle and dynamic movements that stretch, strengthen, stabilise, and provide deep release. You’ll soon be able to bounce back from the stress of the day and move better in your everyday life, thanks to the break in mental and physical barriers that come with challenging dynamic movement and slow flows. We like to move it, move it, by increasing your range of motion and achieving balance in your body.
SOME OF OUR MOVEMENT STYLES
This class works to prepare you for some serious fluidity. With cleverly designed sets, reps and static postures that many flex and strength practices require, this is a series of movements limbering our least flexible areas: hammies, shoulders, front and back.
That freeing full-body sensation is within your reach. This mobility class is designed to peel back the layers of your natural flexibility, get you loose and limber, and release built-up tension to reveal the spaciousness that exists in you. Bend it like Beckham.
Calisthenics isn’t just a buzz word to us, it’s the foundation of all functional movement and strength training - so we teach it differently. We want you to build muscle naturally and still be able to pull-up, handstand, climb, jump, swing and run through anything.
This was a tough one, but good to see the results after trying it week after week!"
"Didn’t think it’d be possible for my body to move the way it does."
