If stress leaves you feeling anxious, consider trying some relaxation and meditation classes. Anyone can practice meditation, anytime, and spending only a few minutes a day meditating can restore vital calm and inner peace in the chaos.

Finding breath is about acknowledging the subtleties within ourselves whilst searching for a deeper connection to the self and the universe surrounding us. Known as Pranayama, we’ll use the power of breath to help synchronize our physical movements.

EVENING ASANA

This practice is designed to settle, calm, relax and restore, getting you ready for a good night's rest. Evening Asana will connect you to the earth using cleverly sequenced slow-moving asanas and grounding pranayama (breathing), mudras and meditation.

SOUND HEALING

It’s time to get a little soulful. Cleanse the energy centres of your mind, body, and soul as we tune into specific background vibrations orchestrated by an ancient crystal sound bath meditation that will overtake your space with a deep, calming resonance.
