Urban Dance class is a fusion of styles - think jazz roots in a melting pot of hip-hop, pop and lock and more. It’s your favourite 90s music clip played out in your living room, with simple progressions of structured steps erupting with urban flavour.
With our motivational teaching techniques and cues, we’ll have you feeling like an A-list backup dancer in no time. Technique, strength and endurance are a major focus as we help you create a unique routine to your favourite hits. No dance experience necessary!
Want more core strength and injury prevention? Whatever types of dance you’re pounding the hallway with, our flexibility and core strength stretch sessions will help you open up your outer hips (IT band) and the waist to help release all muscles. Bliss.
