WHAT IS CYCLE ALL ABOUT?

 

The resistance element of indoor cycling means it doesn’t just burn fat, but also builds muscle and stamina. Think round derriere, toned quads and chiselled calves, as well rushing endorphins to get you bouncing off the walls for hours. Even 10 minutes of pedalling can change your whole outlook, so strap in and let’s spin.

SPRINT

Experience high-levels of sprint intensity and get your blood rushing with a pure cardio burner you’ll feel from your forearms to your shins. In amidst the crazy focused flying, our instructors will let you off the hook - er, sometimes - with short periods of rest.

MOVE

A spin workout with a twist. Want a distraction from the cardio pump? Add in some choreographed dance moves. Think all things dance, rhythm, high-energy, push and sweat. Redefine your cardio experience with an on-the-bike boogie fest.

CLIMB

Conquer mountains and climb sky-high in a class with heavy (and we mean heavy) resistance. Push through to reach your maximum ability and finish on top of the world. This one is hard but we promise the feeling of sweaty achievement is totally worth it.
